4. Global Trade, Warranty Limitations & Liability

Commercial liabilities concerning machinery delivery timelines, raw component warranties (1 year or 500 running hours), custom branding compliance, or shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are dictated exclusively by the independent sales contracts signed directly between Sealine Power and the purchasing organization. Under no circumstances shall Sealine Power be held liable for any indirect site operational delays or secondary site downtime resulting from information gathered on this marketing presentation website.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and all operational web behavior are governed and parsed under the trade laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any commercial disputes arising out of web access or structural data interpretation that cannot be settled amicably shall be routed exclusively to the local court systems holding jurisdiction over our Changzhou corporate manufacturing plant headquarters.
