1.What about your factory?
Our factory is located in Changzhou, a famous production base for diesel power products. We are specialized in manufacturing and exporting engine, generators, water pump, construction machinery, etc.
We pay more attention to the products in every detail with 100% testing before delivery.
Our factory is 30mins from Changzhou Benniu Airport by car, 2hours from Shanghai Station by High-speed train, 3hours from Shanghai Airport by car.
2.What is the difference between rated power & maximum (surge) power?
Rated power describes the amount of power the portable generator can produce continuously. Maximum power is the power that the generator can produce for short periods of time. Motor starting is a good example of maximum power requirements.
3. What is the difference between “kw” & “kva” ?
1kw=0.8kva 1kva=1.25kw
4.How about your warranty maintainance ?
One year or 500 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our products instead of external or natural reasons, we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance (refer to the owner’s manual ); after the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices.
5.Where can I purchase spare parts?
Parts can be purchased through any local dealers. Or you can buy parts from our factory. We ensure spare parts supply chain. Our Part details are located in the installation instructions.
6.What should I pay attention?
Generators can be used during a wide variety of weather temperatures, but should be protected from the elements when not in use to prevent shorting and rusting; the generator must be properly grounded safely, or you will run the risk of electrocution.
